No Meat, No Worries!

Updated: May 18, 2022

Become less of a meathead and more of a legend by celebrating No Meat May at Bodhi!

Thousands of customers walk through Bodhi’s door every week – from vegan veterans who are looking to get their routine yum cha fix, to vegan virgins who are trying faux meat for the very first time (and fall in love with it, of course)… No matter what brings them to us, we are grateful for every opportunity we get to share our love for plant-based, cruelty-free flavours with the community.

No Meat May” is just a few days away, and it's a month-long initiative that celebrates the benefits of keeping meat off the table and empowers more people to get a taste of the plant-based lifestyle. Saving the planet never tasted so good!

Come one, come all! As part of the No Meat May celebrations, we're excited to announce that we'll be taking part in a live cooking demonstration to show you how easy (and delicious) it can be to add more plant-based dishes to your diet!

When: 11am, May 28th

Where: Paddy's Markets

Stay tuned to our social pages for more info!

Aside from booking a table at Bodhi, here are 5 easy things we can all do to make a difference:

👉 Buy less (or no) meat or animal products - as consumers we contribute towards the loss of species through what we buy at the supermarket.

👉 Reduce food waste.

👉 Vote for leaders who will fight for and protect our natural world.

👉 Push our leaders to stop subsidising harmful industries (A new report this week shows that the world spends $1.8tn a year on subsidies that harm the environment)

👉 Push our leaders to support industries that are part of the solution - such as helping our farmers to transition to more sustainable plant-based agriculture.
